- Preparation and regular examination of the observation of the overall time schedule of the investment project performance
- Checking of and opposition to the form and scope of all time plans prepared by contractors.
- Evaluation of the observation of time schedules for preparation of documentation, production and supplies of plants and materials, building and assembly works, tests and commissioning.
- Checking of the observation of project milestones, corrective actions, potential sanctions.
- Checking and evaluation of the factual course of the investment project with respect to its final time limits
