- Regular examination of the observation of the Investor/Owner rights ensuing from contracts made with contractors; draft measures to remedy violation of these rights.
- Examination of the performance of obligations under all contracts made with contractors

- Opposition to proposed amendments to the final list of subcontractors presented by contractors in view of their references, service network within the Czech Republic and the Investor company strategy, evaluation and final recommendations
- Setting up of a financial plan and examination of its performance
- Keeping of the necessary records about the using of the investment cost
- Keeping of records connected with the drawing of credits
- Supervision and checking of the factual performance for the purposes of invoices and payments and their compliance with the agreed terms and the real investment development
- Interpretation of commercial terms of the made contracts
- Supervision of written communication with contractors with respect to the factual compliance between the documents and the wording of terms of their contracts, formulation of commercial opinions in communication with contractors
- Keeping of records connected with change proceedings
- Checking of customs clearance with the aim of optimizing customs charges
- Supervision of the payment of taxes and charges
- Insurance policies, opposition to terms of contractor insurance policies, supervision of insurance record
